Company formations and secretarial
We provide a company secretarial service, where we form a limited company for you. We then ensure that it is managed correctly with companies house, for example filing annual returns.
Annual Accounts Preparation
We provide unaudited annual accounts for a range of entities, including sole traders, partnerships and Limited companies, and managing the filing of them. We can also provide management figures.
Payroll
We provide monthly payroll services for over 100 clients, ranging from sole employees to large employers. We can also attach to auto-enrolment pensions, and complete monthly CIS returns.

During our first contact, we will always try to arrange a face-to-face meeting to get to know you, and your situation. At this point we can look at your business operation, and how we can provide our assistance and expertise.
Provide a quotation
Once we have had a chance to understand your business, and the services you require, we will be able to provide you with a quotation for our services. If you want to add more services in the future, we can always do this.
Welcome on board
Once we are both in agreement, we can start the connection process. This means dealing with HMRC to act on your behalf, and contacting your previous accountant if you have one. Once this is all set up, we can start working with you.
